The choker is very slightly stretchy with 3 antique silver quatrefoil / club shaped slider charms, an extender chain and lobster clasp. 
Comfortable and adjustable to fit - the micro fibre suede portion measures approximately 12-3/4 inches, and has approx 2" of extender chain attached to create the ideal fit.
